Medical/Surgical Unit staff has extensive experience in treating cancer, diabetes, and pain; as well as muscle, bone, and heart disorders.

The Special Care Unit is designed for patients who require close observation and nursing around the clock.

The Le Royer Hospice program offers care and support for people with terminal illnesses and their families.

The Health and Rehab Center offers physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapy, rehabilitation nursing, and psychological services. They facilitate and enhance awareness of, and compliance with, workplace safety regulations and injury prevention.

The Orthopedic Clinic treats bone/joint problems, from arthritis and joint pain to carpal tunnel and fractures.

The Pain Control Clinic specializes in using clinical procedures in the treatment and management of all types of chronic pain.

The Women’s Health & Resource Center offers care for pregnancy, labor, delivery and the postpartum period. They offer informative programs on childbirth education, a childbirth refresher, a breastfeeding support group, and sibling classes. A dietitian is available to consult with women with diabetes, eating disorders, or other medical concerns. Prevention services such as mammography screenings are available.

The Family Wellness Library has books, tapes, magazines, and CD’s, which can be borrowed at no charge.

Langlade Hospital operates three facilities to allow seniors to continue living their lives to the fullest while having access to health care:

Meadow is a retirement community for adults aged 50 and older.

Rosalia Gardens is a community-based residential facility for those who may need some assistance with daily activities, yet prefer to live independently.

Horizon Adult Day Center provides a variety of health and social support services and offers families a respite from care giving.

Lab Services – Detection, diagnosis, and treatment of various conditions and diseases. Blood donor program, walk-in service for HIV testing, lipid testing, and parent-requested drug abuse testing.

Transitional Care – Inpatient program of nursing care, therapies, and other services for patients who no longer require acute hospital care but are not well enough to return home.

Ear, Nose and Throat – Ear, Nose & Throat Associates of North Central Wisconsin, S.C. provides diagnosis and treatment for diseases of the ears, nose, and throat. Head, neck, facial, plastic, and reconstructive surgeries are part of this specialty.

Endocrinology – Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications, and endocrine disorders.

Nephrology – Provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with kidney disease.
