WHO ARE WE?
ACTION ALLIANCE,
INC., is a local chapter of the
ACTION ALLIANCE,
INC., is a community-based organization whose mission
is to enhance the well-being of youth, families and institution in our
community by increasing awareness of alcohol/drug use and abuse issues.
Goals
1. To promote youth and adult
education regarding alcohol/drug use and abuse.
2. To increase cooperation
between the community, city, county, schools, churches, and other organizations
that are willing to promote positive alternatives to alcohol/drug use and abuse
by youth in our community.
3. To support and encourage
alcohol/drug-free activities for youth.
4. To promote asset-building
at the community level and to decrease risk-taking behaviors in our youth and
increase thriving indicators.
5. To support the efforts of
the tobacco coalition to the end of reducing tobacco use and abuse among the
youth of
